A talented group of varied musicians, dancers, clowns and puppets entertained us all at the 4th Birthday Bash at Blue Ox Radio! Everything from barbershop to poetry; rock and roll to country; tribal hip-hop dancing to juggling; and even a singing turkey ~ we had it all! It was a glorious sunny day, the food was tasty, the visitors enthusiastic and the entertainment superb. Each performer was interviewed after their set, so we got to hear a bit about who they are and why they like to share their talents with others. It was a magical day! Many thanks to all the volunteers that made the event possible: Michael the K set up a solid sound system and stage; Charles filmed for Access Humboldt; our DJ’s did interviews and lots of volunteers helped with the food and the set up. And special thanks to all the talented folks that came to entertain us! We will be sharing the music on the station, so keep posted!l
